Why can’t I access my Nine profile?

If you are redirected to the Nine.com.au homepage when visiting your profile page, you may be geo-blocked from accessing your details. This may occur because of the following reasons:

You have a VPN active on your home or work network.

If you’re at home, you’ll need to disable VPN proxies in order to visit your Nine profile.

If you are on a work network, we suggest contacting your IT department before making any network changes on your computer.
